3. Backups and Data loss
While sysadminman will make every effort to ensure the consistency of your data and backups, your use of sysadminman services is at your sole risk. sysadminman is not responsible for files and/or data residing on our backup servers.

4. System access
You must ensure that you have approved access to the systems that you employ sysadminman to work on. You agree that sysadminman may access your servers to complete any agreed work

5. Limitation of liability
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT sysadminman SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

6. Warranty disclaimer

7. Refunds
Refunds are only given when both yourself and sysadminman agree that the service provided does not meet expected standards

8. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel any recurring service from sysadminman you must use the contact for on this site to advise us of your request. Cancellation requests must be made before that months payments are made.
