By using SysAdminMan’s services you agree to the following Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service may be modified without notice.
You may use SysAdminMan services provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction
All payments for service must be made via PayPal or accepted Credit/Debit card. You must ensure that you are able to make payment via PayPal or accepted Credit/Debit card before agreeing to use the services of SysAdminMan.
While SysAdminMan will make every effort to ensure the consistency of your data and backups, your use of SysAdminMan services is at your sole risk. SysAdminMan is not responsible for files and/or data residing on our servers.
You must ensure that you have approved access to the systems that you employ SysAdminMan to work on. You agree that SysAdminMan may access your servers to complete any agreed work
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SysAdminMan SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF SysAdminMan SERVICES SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY SysAdminMan ARE AVAILABLE AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR GUARANTESS APPLIED.
Refunds are only given when both yourself and SysAdminMan agree that the service provided does not meet expected standards
If you wish to cancel any recurring service from SysAdminMan you must use the contact form on this web site to advise us of your request. Cancellation requests must be made before that months payments are made.
Payment must be made within 4 days of the due date
Any payments not made within 4 days of the due date will result in the service being suspended
If a customer paying by PayPal subscription cancels their subscription without further communication it will be assumed a notice of termination and the VPS will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period
Any payments not made within 7 days of the due date will result in the service being terminated and any data being deleted
All VPSs will be billed in UK GBP
All payments for VPSs must be by PayPal or accepted Credit/Debit card
Money Back Guarantee – if you are not satisfied for any reason after within 14 days of your VPS being provisioned you are eligible for a full refund of your first months payment. You must request cancellation and a refund within 14 days by submitting a ticket via the helpdesk system to use this guarantee.
Cancellation requests should be made by submitting a ticket or cancellation request in the helpdesk system
All VPS’s are unmanaged. SysAdminMan will be responsible for ensuring the underlying hardware and network is available, the customer will be responsible for configuring and maintaining their VPS. SysAdminMan will advise and assist in the initial configuration of FreePBX and A2Billing where possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their systems are configured securely. SysAdminMan shall not be liable for any loss resulting from the VPS being compromised by a third party.
If your server is attacked (DDoS) then we reserve the right to disable your VPS without notice.
You agree not to use the service to:
VPSs run on servers shared by other users and are provided on a ‘fair share’ basis. If it is found that a customers requirements fall outside of these ‘fair share’ provisions making it necessary to cancel the VPS a refund of the current months subscription payment will be made
Our VPSs are not designed to be used as mail servers. Outbound SMTP connections will be limited to 3 per minute
While every effort will be made to protect your data you are responsible for ensuring that any data stored on our VPSs is backed up
